Symptom:

DEC6001-E failed to register with the eSpace IVS V100R001C02.

Handling Process

Step 1 Take Windows7 as an example. Choose Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall and disable the firewall.

Step 2 Check whether the fault is rectified.

If yes, no further operation is required.
If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
