Recently I was faced some problems with voice functions on my huawei u1911. Every voice prefix didn't answer me when I typed it. I tried to call #79*N# and *125# they didn't speak, just silence. But calls between phones worked without any problems. I tried to debug this situation, but I saw nothing on my conlsole (I used config logtrace start pid all level error command). It looked like the station stopped to speak at all.
What could be the cause of the problem? How can I debug this sitution next time? Which commands should I use?

Hi, you need to upload the voice.zip file again to U1911.
1.Log in to the device using the LMT.
2.Choose Version > Voice File.
3.In the Load voice file area, click Browse, select voice.zip or mrsvoice.zip, and click OK.
4.Select the desired device and click Load.
If Execution Status is Loading succeeded, the loading is completed.
Then try again after that.

About the problem:
1) I typed number of my IVR and it played me nothing. Just silence.
2) I tried to call *125# and #79*N#. I expected to hear tones from u1911, but it didn't play them.
Just silence.
3) I called on vuvoicerecord number- nothing, just silence.
4) I entered config logtrace start pid all level error command in CLI to debug this situation. But I saw nothing connected with my problem.
5) I restarted u1911 and it solved the problem.

How could I debug this problem? Which commands should I use?
