Hello, I suggest you handle this problem in the following way：

1.Check the last OA board (protection link) at the receiving end close to the EQX DCP side. If the MCA/OPM board is installed, check whether the optical power of the wavelength is normal by scanning wavelengths.

2. If the optical power is normal, the DCP board may be faulty. Replace the DCP board.

3. If the optical power is abnormal, optimize the optical-layer parameters.

4. If the issue still happens. suspect the fiber connection has some mistake, or replace the new fiber.

Hi,
The steps Mr Li mentioned are the best . I want to add , that if you dont have MCA/OPM , you can first check if you receive power in the protection port in the DCP using U2000 or NCE . So youcan judge whether the protection link is normal or not.

Then check the LSC received power sometimes the alarm has cleared and needs only to make check .
