DCNSIZE_OVER alarm is reported when the DCN network is too large. Alarm appears only on GNE equipment, not also on NEs. The alarm parameter means the number of distant NEs for the GNE.
the parameter should be read combining the 2 values this way 0x01 0xa2=1a2. Converting from hexadecimal to decimal we receive 418, which is a too high number. The value can be verified also in ECC Link Management Table of the equipment.
