After a DCN network is divided into different DCN subnets and there is a link does not form a ring (cross subnet). To reform the DCN to be ring in the Subnet, we can enable the DCN information on a subnet to be transparently transmitted to another subnet, forming a ring and generating a loopback route

Below is showing how to configure the subnet to be transparently transmitted to another subnet:
Example scenario:
1. Open the NE Explorer on the NE 2.
2. Go to Function Tree > Communication > DCC Management
3. Click DCC Transparent Transmission Management
4. Click Create
5. Click Source Timeslot/Port and select the OSC source board and port
6. Click the Transparent Transmission of Overhead Byte at Source Port. For HWECC, we use D1,D2 and D3. Some use D4 until D12
7. Click Sink Timeslot/Port and select the OSC sink board and port
8. Click the Transparent Transmission of Overhead Byte at Source Port. For HWECC, we use D1,D2 and D3. Some use D4 until D12
9. Click OK
