DC tools not running (MDP.EXE error)

Hi,
Since the ugrade of "U2000WebLCTV200R018" from R18C50 to R18C60, DC tools has stopped responding either through WEB LCT nor as Standalone, launching the message you can see in the below screenshot:
This is happening in more than one different computers running Windows 7 or Windows 10.
Note that as I mentioned before DC Tools of R18C50 is still functional.
Does anyone can help?

Hi, I have tried different versions of R018C60 (earlier R018C60CP200,R018C60CP500 and lately R018C60CP6121). LCT is working normally but DC Tools is not. Is there any way to completely uninstall all components of the LCTand perform a new clean installation?

It is recommended to reinstall and try, but when the existing software is uninstalled, it usually cannot be uninstalled cleanly, and there will be residual data. The best way is to reinstall the Windows operating system before installing LCT. Good luck, my friend! |
