【Problem Description】: When the FSE is deployed on the eNodeB:The eNodeB cannot be logged in to, and the eNodeB data cannot be configured.
【Problem Analysis】:
1、try to ping local maintenance port IP ，it can not reachable。
2、check the alarm status on UMPT board，found the alarm light always on ，mean this board fault，need to replace it 。
