Issue Description
a customer site, customer use Datastantion client to log in, but prompt password wrong. customer can not remember password.

1. stop Datastation service by icd user
</home/icd/datastation/bin>dststop
2. back up/home/icd/datastation/bin/DSUsers.txt
</home/icd/datastation/bin>cp DSUsers.txt DSUsers-bak.txt
3.get the matched Datastation version software DSUsers.txt file, upload this file to /home/icd/datastation/bin to replace the old one by icd user with binary mode.
4. start Datastation service
</home/icd/datastation/bin>dststart
5. use the Datastaion client to log in with default password.
