Method 1: Associate the product SN to increase the account's permission to query the device datasheet. For more information click on: How do we upgrade our account
Method 2: Confirm the requirements with the supplier or local carrier and obtain the device datasheet.
Of course, you can also directly publish the information about the Ask for Help post consulting device.
