Database save problem on MA5600T

The problem is the following:

 Active Mainboard Running Area Information:

Current Program Area : Area B

Current Data Area : Area A

 Program Area A Version : MA5600V800R016C00

 Program Area B Version : 

 Data Area A Version : MA5600V800R016C00

 Data Area B Version : MA5600V800R016C00

--------------------------------------------------

Current program area is B, no version information listed!

Current Data area is A.

When saving a mismatch occurs between current program version (no version information listed) and current database version.

So how to ensure databases are in sync and is there a way to either fill version information in current program area or to switch (without reboot) between program area A & B
