Hello everyone,

Can backup databases of different eSight editions or versions be used to restore each other? For example, can the backup database of standard eSight be used to restore the database of professional eSight, or can the backup database of eSight V2R3C00 be used to restore the database of eSight V2R3C01?

Hello,

The databases of different eSight editions use different table structures; therefore, the backup database of one edition cannot be used for database recovery of another edition.
