Database is shutting down when tried to reset the password for IVS client

Hi,All

I have error that database is shutting down when tried to reset the password for IVS client


What's happening here

Previous: All the 30 IPC are showing offline on IVS client
Next: IPC time was inconsistent with VCN server time

Hi there!

This may be caused by the following reason: improper shutdown of the VCN500 server during an electricity cut off.


Please restart the database.

1. Log in to the server as the admin user and run the su - root command to switch to the root user.

2. Run the cd /home/ivstool/bin command.

3. Run the ./service.sh restart pgdb command to restart the database.
