Data Synchronization between U2000 and SmartAX MA5616

Hi,there.


I want to know the data synchronization problem between U2000 and SmartAX MA5616.The MDU can log in through telnet, but you cannot view the panel of the device in the U2000. What is the reason?

Good day!

Do not configure NAT of the IP range used by the MDU into the pool. 

Otherwise, the IP address causes the MDU error when running the synchronization test.

The problem you encountered will occur; you need to reconfigure the NAT and add the IP address range to the pool - this can solve the problem.
