Data service function is not available after changing operator parameter

Hi dear,
If you adjust the MCC and MCC on the CN, you need to change the corresponding registration information of the terminal.
If the PLMN parameter was changed on the base station, you need to restart the base station to enable the new operator after changing old operator parameter, otherwise, your terminal cannot access the network.
