Hello, everyone. Let me share a case of data backup failure due to residual files.
Fault description:
When a single user backs up NE data from the OSN3500 to the client (Windows 10), data backup fails.
Handling process:
Step 1: Check whether the DC process and account and password are normal.
Part 2: Choose Administration-Settings -FTP Account Information Management -FTP Account Configuration, check the configuration, and check whether the configuration is successful.


Part 3: The test is normal. Check the root directory D/. Check whether the-security attribute of ftproot in is ossgroup or ossuser.
Part 4: Check whether residual backup data exists in the ftproot directory. If the *bak directory is deleted from the ftproot directory, the backup is successful.
