When the VCN3020 is connected to the Dahua network keyboard, the mode of the Dahua network keyboard does not have the HW PLAT mode.
The following is the configuration description of the Dahua network keyboard found in the IVS documents.
Configuring C/S Client Information on the Network Keyboard
On the network keyboard, set the parameters for connecting to the C/S client.
On the MODE screen, press HW PLAT.
Set the parameters, as shown in Figure 5. Table 1 describes the parameters.
