Dahua camera (T1B20) not displaying in the IVS list

Hello there!


This post is about the issue of a Dahua Camera (T1B20) not displaying in the IVS list. Please have a look below.


IVS Client


ISSUE DESCRIPTION


We have a Huawei VCN 3000 with the firmware version of V100R002C50SPC209.

Unfortunately, whenever we're trying to add the Dahua camera (T1B20), it's not displaying in the IVS list. All other models of Dauha and Hikvision cameras can be added and displayed in the IVS list successfuly.

When analysing the Wire Shark results, the VCN Tear Down the session with the T1B20 Dahua camera. All cameras are added in the ONVIF protocol.

Please follow the steps below:

1. delete the camera from the IVS;

 
2. reset the camera;
 
3. add using the ONVIF protocol. 

Then check again!

Can you share with us screen shot from the wire shark packets and please confirm that no firewall between these cameras and the VCN , also confirm you can ping the VCN from these cameras

can you ping the camera or no? If yes, try to direct connect it , and solo check it

please check the version of Dahua IPC if it is the same of rest of cameras, it may need to upgrade the software version

The Wireshark result is attached....We can ping the camera. The camera added in IVS but not displating in IVS list... Only 

T1B20 Dahua Model camera is not added. All other model Dahua and Hikvision camera are displaying in the list normally... We have added the cameras using ONVIF protocol.
