Customer requirements:
1- Customer needs to enbale the customized IVR to work in just 2 hours playing voice file that this is a break now you can reach us later after 2 hours.
2- Customer needs the calls to land on extension long number 024040700 with short number 700.
3- Customer needs to male the IVR prefix 0240407.
Problem Description:
1- When we make IVR prefix with 0240407 and intra prefix 024040 for the long and short number, calls disconnected directly becasue there is duplicated prefixes between the long number prefix and the IVR prefix.
Solution provided:
1 - Ask customer to modify the customized IVR by removing the time index ( keep it none ) just keep the welcome not as 250 ( which is the voice file the customer uploaded as per his requirments ).

2- Create this prefix 8888 and choose the script name to be the same as the customzed IVR we made in the previous step.


3- Go to user 700 and make the below steps.




Problem Summary :
As per the above steps we make the following:
- Any one dials 024040700 during 10 till 12 in everyday, the call will go to prefix 8888 which is the IVR prefix and the customized IVR will play the file that the customer needs, indicating that the company has a break now.
- Any one dials 024040700 during any hour everyday besides the 2 hours mentioned above, the call will land on extensionn 700 as this is the reception using long and short number method.
