Issue Description
Customer confirmed that he is unable to create Tour track parameter on IPC.
Problem Analysis :
We added the Tour track configuration again as follows :
1. Login the IPC Webpage.
2. Choose Settings > PTZ > Tour Track Parameters.
3. Click Add
4. Set Track name , Add Preset , Then Save.
5. enable the Tour track by moving the Status button to the right.
Root Cause
Customer didn't enable the Tour track after configuring it.
