Current imbalance caused by Y harness

Problems:

When the current of a branch of the inverter is observed in a project, the current curve is unbalanced between 11:00 and 14 noon on a sunny day.

Onsite check:

According to the onsite feedback, the SmartLogger WebUI viewed the historical data of the inverter. It was found that PV1 (green) was balanced between 12:00 and 13:00 on November 13. It was preliminarily determined that the branch was connected to the Y wire harness. After onsite confirmation, the Y wire harness of the inverter is connected to the PV1 branch.

Historical data

The PV1 current + PV2 current is about 26 A.

Note: The maximum MPPT current of the 175KTL inverter is 26 A.

It can be concluded that the unequilibrium is caused by current overloading the maximum current of MPPT1.
