CSP Installation Failure
Identification Method
1. Log in to the CSP portal, choose Software Center > Software Repository, and check whether all packages after the CSP image is installed are displayed on the page.
2. How to determine whether there is a missing package? The identification method is as follows:
Manually decompress the CSP image package, go to the csp_edge directory, and check the packages whose names start with CSP. These packages are displayed on the Software Center > Software Repository page. If the packages are not displayed, the problem occurs.
For example, in the following figure, the installation image is CSPEdge_20.1.6_X86.iso. After the decompression, two CSP software packages are found. You need to manually upload the two packages on the Software Center > Software Repository page.

Cause
During the last phase of installing the CSP image, the CSP package is automatically uploaded to the software repository in the background. If the upload fails, the error log in step 2 in section "Identification Method" is printed. In addition, the error message in section "Symptom" is displayed during the software package check phase of the CSP image installation.
If this problem occurs, you do not need to reinstall the CSP image. You can restore the CSP image by following the instructions provided in section "Emergency Operations."
Emergency Operations
Step 1 Log in to the CSP portal, choose Software > Software Repository, and upload the missing packages found in section "Identification Method".
Note: If multiple packages are missing, upload them one by one. Do not upload them concurrently.
Step 2 After the upload is complete, no further action is required.
