Create portal

Hi,


After I created a portal wlan and I used device to connect, no portal pops up and device cannot access internet. Can you provide guide on this.

If this problem occurs on all Apple devices, perform the following steps:
Check whether the CNA bypass function is configured. If yes, delete the CNA bypass function.
[Huawei] undo portal captive-bypass enable
Check whether the free-rule permits the server domain name or the address of the corresponding domain name. If yes, delete it from the free-rule.
Check the configuration in the free-rule template.

Check the protocol used by the Portal server page. You can access any website using a browser to switch to the Portal page. Check the URL in the address bar of the browser. If the URL starts with https://, the Portal server page uses HTTPS. You are advised to change the protocol to HTTP or purchase a valid certificate.
If this problem occurs on some Apple terminals, capture wireless packets on the terminal side and analyze the packets.

bro, What device are you connected to, configured portal authentication, and controller? Can I display the authentication page when I manually enter an IP address? Can an authentication page be displayed when a user enters a domain name?

I’m using iPhone to connect the wlan, and it could get the IP address but nothing happened when I tried to surf the internet via the browser.

If this problem occurs on all Apple devices, the possible causes are as follows:
The CNA bypass function is enabled on the device (the portal captive-bypass enable command is run incorrectly).
The device permits the server domain name (captive.apple.com) or the IP address corresponding to the domain name detected by the Apple device through the free-rule.
The Portal server uses HTTPS, and the website of the Portal server does not have a valid certificate.
