Create a WDM Trail between two different NEs

Dear friend!
An API is an application interface. It refers to a series of special rules and requirements for communication between applications. API Catalog displays the northbound interfaces of NCE for easy search and use during OSS integration. If you want to use NCE to connect to the OSS through APIs, contact OSS developers.

You are advised to use NCE-T to configure WDM trails because NCE-T is a software system designed for management, control, and analysis of transport network products.

Based on this documentation, could you tell in which section I'm supposed to find the way to create a new WDM Trail? For example there is a section named "Add a PW Trail" (which is not what I'm looking for) but I cannot find a section like "Add a WDM Trail".
