HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

hello i recently got my hands on a  dg8245v-10 and i saw that i couldnt see my vdsl wan error statistics

anyway after few weeks of meddling i found the carrier's admin account and to my suprise they still have them blocked as is

i assume that this isnt a setting that is locked on a firmware level so i decide to mess around with the configuration file

but i cant really pinpoint where exactly that setting might be

does anyone has a similiar problem?

Hello, friend!

The DG8245V-10 is a customized device model for the ISP.

To address your question, log in to the WebUI of the device using the device administrator account, download the fault information file of the device, and view the CRC error statistics of the device.

In the navigation tree on the left, choose Advanced > Maintenance > Debug Collection. In the pane on the right, click Start to collect DSL home gateway fault information.

(Because the device version is a custom version, I cannot ensure that the information you need is in the fault collection file.)

Thanks!
