Hello there!


This post is about the fact that the CRC error cannot ping. Please see more details below.


ISSUE DESCRIPTION


This is the CRC error summary:


(hwIfMonitorIndex=27, hwIfMonitorCrcErrorStatistics=0, hwIfMonitorCrcErrorThreshold=3, hwIfMonitorCrcErrorInterval=10, InterfaceName=GigabitEthernet0/0/21)

Please check the cable and the optical module of the port. You should replace the cable or the optical module and then check the result.
