Hi ,


my air engine 5760 10 model AP CPU usage is going high sometimes even 2/3 users connected to it.



how i can reduce the CPU usage of this AP.


can i disable some services or any unnecessary services.



anyone suggest please?

High CPU can be solved for specific problems.

The common causes of high CPU usage on the AC are as follows:

Hardware fault
Network attack or network loop
Improper service configuration
Too many network management platforms (NMSs) connected
The procedure for locating high CPU usage is as follows:

Check the current CPU usage.
Check the historical CPU usage.
Check the tasks that cause high CPU usage and the causes based on the logs.
