HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)
Hi guys!

I have just got a brand new CPE 2 Pro modem. (H112-373). We have good 5G coverage, and the router gets 150 Mbit DL speeds. After a few days though - the router only gets 10-20 Mbit i DL speed.

How do I resolve this? It seems that a reboot of the modem brings back the higher speeds.

Is there an option for auto reboot at specific time built into the SW? I cant seem to find it.

Thanks.

Hello, friend!

H112-373 is a consumer device.

We are sorry for the experience that you had. Regarding your concern, we suggest you may perform the following for troubleshooting:

1. Check whether the software version has already been updated to the latest version. If there is a new version, select it and proceed to update.

2. Check the 5G signal indicator and 4G signal indicator on the router. If both of them are red, adjust the router's direction or move it close to a window to improve signal reception.

3. If your device is connected to the router over Wi-Fi, adjust your device's position to receive a better signal.

4. Switch to Wi-Fi 5 GHz if it is supported by your device.

5. Restart the router and your device and try again.

6. Check if you have reached your data traffic limit for the month. If so, your carrier may limit your internet speed.

Thanks!
