The server blade BH622 V2 supports Intel Xeon? new-generation high-performance CPUs: one or two Xeon? E5-2600 (Sandy Bridge-EP or Ivy Bridge-EP) series high-performance CPUs of 130 W or lower. For Intel Xeon?E5-2600 series high-performance CPUs, the maximum frequency is 3.3 GHz, and the maximum L3 cache is 20 MB.
Each CPU integrates a memory controller for supporting four DDR3 memory channels. Each channel supports three DDR3 DIMMs of 800, 1066, 1333, and 1600 MHz.
Each CPU integrates a PCIe controller with 40 lanes and supports PCIe 3.0.
The two CPUs are interconnected through two QuickPath buses at 8.0 GT/s.
