Cloud host clone is not allowed for VDC operators.
Cloning is not allowed for a cloud host to which a shared cloud hard disk is mounted.
Cloning operation is not allowed for an application cloud host.
Only cloud hosts whose boot source is a cloud hard disk, AZ type is FusionCompute, and status is stopped can be cloned.
