Why is the baud rate of an SA interface only 64 kbit/s, which is smaller than the total interface bandwidth

The baud rate of a serial interface in synchronous mode is 64000 bit/s by default.
Users can run commands on the device to configure the baud rate or virtual baud rate of the serial interface in synchronous mode based on the cable type and actual requirements.

When the device works as a DTE device, configure as follows:
- Run the virtualbaudrate command to configure the virtual baud rate of the serial interface in synchronous mode.
Note: Ensure that the virtual baud rate configured on the local device is in accordance with the baud rate configured on the peer device (DCE). Otherwise, packets may be discarded.

When the device works as a DCE device, configure as follows:
- Run the baudrate command to configure the baud rate of the serial interface in synchronous mode.
