To unlock a system user, log in to FusionInsight Manager and click System. In the Rights Configuration area, click User Management. In the row where the user to be unlocked is located, click the unlock button. To unlock an internal user, log in to any management node as user omm and run the sh ${BIGDATA_HOME}/om-server/om/share/om/acs/config/unlockuser.sh --userName name of the system internal user command, for example, sh ${BIGDATA_HOME}/om-server/om/share/om/acs/config/unlockuser.sh --userName oms/manager.
