FusionInsight client uninstallation

You can uninstall the AnyOffice client as follows: -To uninstall the AnyOffice from the iOS system, choose Settings > General > Description File, and press and hold to remove the MDM and AnyOffice description files. -To uninstall the AnyOffice from the Android system, choose Settings > Security > Device Manager, and deactivate AnyOffice. Choose Settings > App Management, uninstall the AnyOffice.

Log in to FusionInsight Manager, click Services, and click Download Client on the menu bar. For details, see section "Installing a Client" in the FusionInsight HD V100R002C80SPC200 Product Documentation.

Step 1 Run the following command to go to the plug-in installation directory: # cd /etc # cd "Huawei eSight Server Management Plug-in (for Nagios)" Step 2 Run the following command to uninstall the plug-in: # python setup.py uninstall Step 3 When the following information is displayed, determine whether to retain user data based on the site requirements: Do you want to retain user data?(Y/N) If yes, enter y and pressEnter. If no, enter n and press Enter. The system begins to uninstall the plug-in. When the uninstallation is complete, the following information is displayed: setup.py=> [info] uninstall success. Done. Step 4 Check whether the main configuration file nagios.cfg is configured correctly. 1. Run the following command to return to the Nagios user: # su - nagios 2. Run the following command to check the main configuration file nagios.cfg. $ /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg NOTE /usr/local/nagios is an installation directory example. The nagios.cfg file is correct if the following information is displayed: Things look okay - No serious problems were detected during the pre-flight check 3. Run the following command to return to user root. $ exit Step 5 Run the following command to restart the Nagios service: # service nagios restart The Nagios service has restarted if the following information is displayed: Stopping nagios: done. Starting nagios: done.

The IVS C30 user name and password are stored on the server. After the client is installed from the local PC, the login user name and password are not changed. Note: C30 has reached EOS. No technical service will be provided for C30.
