Failed to Import the Cluster Installation Template File Using the Internet Explorer

When a user uses a template to install a cluster through the Internet Explorer, the user selects the template file and clicks OK. However, the template file fails to be imported.This problem occurs because the proxy is enabled for the Intenet Exporer. To resolve this problem, disable the proxy and restart the browser or use another browser, such as Chrome for the installation.
