Configure 5G-prior access.
When an AP and STA support both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz frequency bands, the AP can request the STA to associate with the 5 GHz radio first.
When the AP receives a Probe Request frame from the STA, it checks the radio receiving the Probe Request frame. If the Probe Request frame is received by the 2.4 GHz radio, the AP does not return a Probe Response frame. If the Probe Request frame is received by the 5 GHz radio, the AP returns a Probe Response frame. Then the STA associates with the 5 GHz radio.
If only the 2.4 GHz radio receives 25 Probe Request frames continuously but the 5 GHz radio does not receive any, the AP returns a Probe Response frame through the 2.4 GHz radio. Then the STA associates with the 2.4 GHz radio.
To implement the 5G-prior access function, an AP must have the same SSID and security policy on the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz radios. In addition, it is recommended that the power of the 5 GHz radio configured on the AP be greater than that of the 2.4 GHz radio.

Do APs support 5G-prior access
Single-radio APs do not support 5G-prior access. To support 5G-prior access, APs and STAs must support dual bands. The AP2010DN does not support the 5G-prior access function.

Wavelength tuning range of 5G OTU boards
LQG boards support wavelength tuning but OSN 8800 does not support 5G boards such as LQG boards.
