No, it does not.

Encapsulation of 16 x GE and 2 x 10GE into two OTU2 signals
For packet boards, client services do not occupy the full bandwidth. After packet boards receive client services, the Layer 2 module converges the services. For the PND2 board, the maximum service cross-connection capability is 20 Gbit/s. If the received services exceed the maximum processing capability, the PND2 board will discard some packets using the QoS scheme. Bandwidth is calculated for tributary boards and line boards based on the types of received services, which is different from packet boards.

The 2.5G boards on OSN 9800 UPSs support the OTU1 line rate.

Whether OTU1 services can be created by trail
According to the current product specifications, when the service type is OTUk at the source and sink, client OTUk trails cannot be managed in E2E mode, and OTUk services cannot be created by trail. Instead, they can be created manually by site.
