Board compatibility and substitution

As technologies advance, some boards of a later version with enhanced functions are developed and related boards of earlier versions gradually end up with manufacture discontinuation. The later-version boards can substitute for the earlier-version boards, with the same functions and operation methods. For example, when a TN12LSX board is faulty, you can use a TN14LSX board to replace it, without the need of modifying the logical board configuration on the NMS. The TN14LSX board functions in the same way as the TN12LSX board.
