The OSN 1800 I and OSN 1800 II do not provide ports for connecting to cabinet alarm indicators.

A straight-through network cable can be used to connect the OCTL ports of OSN 1800 and OSN 1800 II to supply power to OADM frames and manage them.

The maximum power consumption of an OSN 1800 I subrack and that of an OSN 1800 II subrack are 150 W and 300 W respectively.
