Failing to set GE (TTT-GMP) on an LQM board

For TNF2LQM, GE (TTT-GMP) is supported only when the board works in 1 x AP2 ODU0 mode.
For GE services, set the service type based on the GE service source as follows:
For transmission of synchronous Ethernet services, set the service type to GE (TTT-GMP).
For transmission of common GE services, set the service type to GE or GE (GFP-T).
