The E1SCC board sets NE IDs by using the DIP switch. S4 and S3 indicate DIP switches for setting NE IDs of the system control board. When the DIP switch is set to ON, the bit is 1. When the DIP switch is set to OFF, the bit is 0. The bit on the left is the most significant bit. Every time the DIP switch is set, reset the system control board for the new setting to take effect. For the E2SCC board, the NE ID can be set using the software.
