Before replacing a card on an S series fixed switch, check whether the card is supported by the switch. Does the installation of a stack card in an S series switch affect functions of the front card
The stack card and extended rear channel card of a switch use the same slot, and they cannot be installed simultaneously. When a stack card is installed, no extended card can be installed in the switch. Therefore, when a stack card is installed in a switch, only two front interfaces of the switch are available for the front card.
