You can use the BootROM to change the BootROM password for the USG6000 series as follows:
- Connect to the device using the console port. During device startup, press Ctrl+A when message "Press Ctrl+A to Stop Auto Boot..." is displayed and enter the BootROM password (O&m15213 by default) to enter the base BootROM menu. Select Modify Base Bootrom Password based on prompts and modify the base BootROM password.
- Connect to the device using the console port. During device startup, press Ctrl+B when message "Press Ctrl+B to enter main menu..." is displayed and enter the BootROM password (O&m15213 by default) to enter the extended BootROM menu. Select Modify Bootrom Password based on prompts and modify the extended BootROM password.
