Use the CLI to change the default management port on the USG as follows:
sys
[USG]undo web-manager enable (Disable the service first.)
[USG]undo web-manager security enable port 8443 (Disable the HTTPS service.)
[USG]web-manager enable port 8080 (Change the HTTP login port.)
[USG]web-manager security enable port 8081 (Change the HTTPS login port.)
