Packet detection protocols supported by the USG6000 series

11

TCP, ICMP, Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Domain Name Service (DNS), and Remote Authentication Dial In User Service (RADIUS) are supported. If any service type provided by the server is not included in the five protocols, it is recommended that ICMP be used to verify the reachability of the server.

Detection packet protocol types for the USG9000 series
The supported detection packet protocol types include TCP, ICMP, HTTP, DNS, and RADIUS. If service types provided by the server are beyond these five types, you are advised to use ICMP packets to check the server reachability.

Detection packet protocol types for the USG2000 and USG5000 series
The supported detection packet protocol types include TCP, ICMP, HTTP, DNS, and RADIUS. If service types provided by the server are beyond these five types, you are advised to use ICMP packets to check the server reachability.

Whether the USG6000 supports the antivirus function
The antivirus function can be used only after a license is purchased and activated. The whole USG6000 series devices support the antivirus function.

Can protocol packets be sent if an interface with a loop detected is blocked on an S series switches
Can protocol packets be sent if an interface with a loop detected is blocked on an S series (except the S1700) or E series switch? For S series switches (except the S1700), the destination MAC address of LDT packets and tagged LBDT packets is all Fs. These packets cannot be sent through an interface if it is blocked. The destination MAC address of untagged LBDT packets is a BPDU MAC address. These packets can still be sent through an interface even if it is blocked. For E series switches, the destination MAC address of tagged LBDT packets is all Fs. These packets cannot be sent through an interface if it is blocked. The destination MAC address of untagged LBDT packets is a BPDU MAC address. These packets can still be sent through an interface even if it is blocked.
