Permission upgrade is only applicable to registered customers: product users/warranty users (users who purchase Huawei devices), Huawei partners (service, sales, and training partners) administrators and engineers, and Huawei engineers.
1. For customers, register the product SNs (20-digit numbers prefixed with 21) in the product registration column to upgrade permissions.
2. For partners, upgrade permissions in the partner channel on the enterprise websites.
3. For Huawei engineers, log in to the channel using internal accounts and passwords.
