Possible Cause:
Polycom software MCUs support only H.263 for presentation. The H.263 stream encapsulation format is different from that supported by the RSE6500.
Solution:
Schedule a live broadcast conference on the RSE6500 instead of a recording-only conference. After the live broadcast starts, watch the presentation on the RSE6500 in real time.
On the conference control page of the SMC2.0, select Live Broadcast and Record in More. Then, you can specify the participant whose video needs to be recorded.
Call records and logs can be deleted on the web interface. You can delete call records on the call page. You can choose Maintenance > Logs and delete logs (including logs of 9000 series endpoints and of TE series endpoints) in Logs.
The U1900 series cannot record ongoing calls. You can purchase the eSpace Audio Recorder or third-party products to record ongoing calls. For more details, consult pre-sales engineers.
