Huawei IP phones support the standard SIP protocol. They can register with a third-party PBX (SIP voice gateway) as long as the third-party PBX supports SIP registration.

1. Configure a sub-PBX. By default, all resources have been allocated to the sub-PBX numbered 0. Before adding a new sub-PBX, run the config modify subpbx command to reallocate resources on the sub-PBX numbered 0. Otherwise, adding a sub-PBX using the command will fail.
Change the maximum number of conference participants for the sub-PBX numbered 0 (sub-PBX 1 in this example) to 15. The maximum number of participants must be set based on the site requirements.
config modify subpbx no 0 maxconfseat 15
Add a sub-PBX and allocate participant resources to it. The total number of sub-PBXs cannot exceed the threshold allowed by the license.
