IAD's asi and osu board support for the number of users are as follows:
IAD1224 ASI single board supports 32 FXS ports, OSU board supports 12 FXS port and 12 FXO port
IAD132 ASI single board supports 16 FXS ports, OSU board supports 8 FXS port and 8 FXO port
1. Log in to the web UI, choose User > POTS User, and configure a dedicated line for a port of the corresponding board.
2. You can also configure a dedicated line using commands. For example, you can run the config modify subscriber directdial dn 2800 slot 0 portinboard 1 command to bind user 2800 to port 1 in slot 0 of the OSU board to form a dedicated line.
In unparallel operation mode, the theoretical transmission distance of an analog line with a diameter of 0.4 mm is 5 km. Signals will be degraded if the analog line is too long.
When the user line diameter is 0.4 mm and the phones are not paralleled, the maximum reach of the analog line of the ASI board on the U1910/U1911/U1930/U1960/U1981 is 5 km.
