AR routers allow wireless users to access LANs. All AR routers except AR530&AR550&AR2500 series, AR502G-L-D-H, AR502GR-L-D-H, AR502EG-L, AR502EGW-L, and AR502CG-L support the AC function. Not all the AR routers support the Fat AP function. Only the AR routers of which names contain W support the Fat AP function, for example, AR201VW-P, AR156W, AR157W, AR157VW, AR158EVW, AR161FGW-L, AR201VW-P, AR207VW, AR1220W, and AR1220VW.

Enable the DHCP function. 2. Create the mVLAN interface. 3. Create the service VLAN interface. 4. Configure AC system parameters. 5. Create an ESS interface. 6. Select the wireless service type. 7. Configure the AP. 8. Configure the radio. 9. Configure wireless service. 10. Confirm the configuration. Which WLAN devices support roaming
Fat APs do not support WLAN roaming. AC+Fit AP networking support WLAN roaming. V200R003 and earlier versions support only intra-AC roaming, while V200R005 and later versions support both intra-AC and inter-AC roaming. Depending on whether a STA roams within the same subnet, WLAN roaming is categorized as Layer 2 roaming (on the same subnet) and Layer 3 roaming (on different subnets). Layer 2 roaming is classified into fast roaming and non-fast roaming according to security policies used by STAs. Only when the security policy is WPA2-802.1x and STAs support fast roaming technology, fast roaming can be achieved.
