How to enable multiple phones connected to the U1960 to ring at the same time when a number is called?
107The following services can be configured on the U1900:
1. ONLY service
After the one number link you (ONLY) service is configured, a user's number is bound to multiple terminals. When the ONLY number is dialed, all terminals ring and the user can select a terminal to answer the call. Terminals bound to the ONLY number include primary and slave terminals.
2. Hunt group service
In an enterprise, employees in the same field can be added to a hunt group, with the group access code configured. When a user dials the access code, the system alerts group members based on the preset policy. After a member answers the call, the system stops ringing.
3. PBX group service
Users can configure the PBX group service based on their needs and add multiple terminals to the group. The primary number, secondary number, and line selection mode of the PBX group can be configured. When a user not in a PBX group dials the primary number of the PBX group, the system selects a user in the group to answer the call based on the preset line selection mode.
4. Simultaneous ringing service
A user binds multiple numbers to a primary number. When the primary number is dialed, terminals of the primary number and other bound numbers ring simultaneously. After the user selects a terminal to answer the call, other terminals stop ringing.
A maximum of 10 simultaneous ringing numbers can be set for a user. The ringing duration is 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, the ringing stops.
