During the device restart, enter R when the system prompts you to press R to restore the default password. At the prompt "[.Conform to restore password.](Y/N):>", enter Y. The following information is displayed:
Success to restore default password!
Success to save default password!
Then, you can use the default password to log in to the gateway.
The U1900 series unified gateway supports the standard SIP protocol. If a third-party device uses the SIP protocol, you can try interconnecting this device with the U1900. During interconnection testing, run the following command to set the value of software parameter 286 to 0: config softargu type 286 value 0.
The relationship between the U1900 series unified gateway and IAD is as follows:
The U1900 is networked with the IAD to implement SIP voice services. The U1900 functions as a SIP server, and the IAD functions as an access gateway. They together implement the VoIP services. The IAD connects to the U1900 using SIP.
Two methods are available:
- Method 1: Run the save command.
- Method 2: Log in to the web management system and click Data Save on the upper right corner of the web page.
